The Promoter The promoter is Aviva Direct Ireland Limited. (the "Promoter"). Eligibility Criteria This competition ("Competition") is open to entrants who (i) are aged 18 years or over and resident in Ireland. Entrants will be offered the opportunity to enter the Competition by entering their details via an online entry form on the Competitions page at www.aviva.ie/experiences (please note this link will be updated) before the Closing Date. Entrants shall be required to answer the question of skill above (the "Competition Question") in order for their entry to be eligible. Only one entry per person is permitted. Terms of Participation Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in the Competition. The Prize The prize available to be won is one rugby match experience to the Ireland v England, RBS 6 Nations rugby match on 18 March 2017 in the Aviva Fan Studio.
Fixture: Ireland v England – RBS 6 Nations Rugby match – 18 March 2017 – Aviva FanStudio Prize is as stated and does not include transfers or other costs associated with taking the Prize. No cash will be offered as an alternative to the Prize. The prizewinner will be bound by the terms imposed by any third parties providing goods and/or services as part of the Prize. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of third parties. Closing Date The closing date for Competition entries is 4pm on 16 March 2017 ("Closing Date"). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entry, which due to a technical error or any other reason, is not received or is delayed. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of delivery. Only fully completed entries which are submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions and which contain the correct answer to the Competition Question will be eligible for the Competition. Entries received by any other means (including by hand delivery) will be invalid. Selection of Prize Winners The prizewinner will be drawn at random by a representative of the Promoter from the eligible entries received before the Closing Date. The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrant. The prizewinner will be selected after the closing date. The prizewinner will be notified by email/phone on or before 16 March 2017. The prizewinner must be over 18. The entrants who have been drawn as the prizewinner will collect their tickets at an agreed meeting point at Aviva Stadium on 18 March 2017 in advance of the match. The Promoter shall not accept any liability for lost, stolen or damaged tickets (including for the avoidance of doubt, any tickets sent to the prizewinner via the postal system, which do not reach the intended destination). Miscellaneous The Promoter shall not be responsible for any matter arising out of or resulting from the enjoyment of the Prize. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of third parties. The Promoter shall not be liable to any entrant or prizewinner for any loss or damage howsoever caused, whether direct, indirect or consequential (whether in contract, tort or statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the Competition and/or any Prize other than death or personal injury caused by negligence of the Promoter and/or the Promoter's respective personnel and/or deceit or fraud by the Promoter and/or the Promoter's respective personnel. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend or amend the Competition or the terms and conditions of the Competition with no liability to any entrant, prizewinner or any third party. If the Aviva Stadium fixture is cancelled or does not take place, the Promoter shall have no liability to any entrant, prizewinner or any third party. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value should the advertised Prize become unavailable for any reason or where circumstances dictate. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the dates on which the prizewinner may avail of the Prize or an alternative prize should the advertised dates become unavailable for any reason including unforeseen circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control. By entering the Competition, entrants acknowledge that they may be required to be used in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include without limitation use of the entrant's name and/or likeness, voice, photographs and/or video footage of the entrant’s biographical information provided by the entrant/prizewinner and/or any statement made by them concerning the promotion and/or the Prize. In particular, the prizewinner may be required to participate in a photography session. Entrants/the prizewinner will have no rights to censor filming or photography, and no rights over such imagery. Entrants/the prizewinner agree that any or all such elements may be used by the Promoter in any and all media in perpetuity throughout the world as the Promoter in its sole discretion sees fit. The name and county of the prizewinner will be available for a period of one month after the Competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter at the following address: Aviva Marketing, One Park Place, Hatch St, Dublin 2. The prizewinner is deemed to have consented to the publication of their name and county by participating in the Competition.The prize winners and any person to whom a Prize is transferred by a prizewinner will be bound by the terms imposed by any third parties providing services as part of the Prize.

Where you have given consent for additional uses of your information, your details may be used during the currency of the policy you have taken out and for 12 months after that policy has ceased.
