Terms and Conditions for: Win tickets to the Junior Cup Final in the Aviva Stadium on May 13th
The promoters are Aviva Insurance Limited, Aviva Life & Pensions UK Limited, Aviva Direct Ireland Limited and Aviva Health Insurance Ireland Limited (the "Promoter").
This competition ("Competition") is open to entrants who (i) are aged 18 years or over (ii) are residents of Ireland. Entrants will be offered the opportunity to enter the Competition by entering their details on the online entry form at www.aviva.ie/experiences. The Competition Term ( 4pm Tuesday 18th of April 2017 to 2pm Thursday 11th of May 2017) and shall be required to answer a question of skill above (the "Competition Question") correctly.
Only one entry per eligible person is permitted.
Terms of Participation
Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in the Competition.
The Prizes available to be won are 10 pairs of tickets to the following event at Aviva Stadium (the pairs of tickets to be known collectively as the "Prizes"). There will be 10 prizewinners – each prizewinner will be entitled to one pair of premium tickets.
Fixture: FAI Junior Cup Final 2017–13th May 2017 – Aviva Stadium
We will endeavour to give tickets that are seated together but cannot guarantee this. Prizes are as stated and do not include accommodation or transfers or other costs associated with taking the Prizes. No cash will be offered as an alternative to the Prizes.
The prizewinners will be bound by the terms imposed by any third parties providing goods and/or services as part of the Prizes. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of third parties.
The closing date for Competition entries is 1pm on 11th May 2017.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entry, which due to a technical error or any other reason, is not received or is delayed. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of delivery. Only fully completed entries which are submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions and which contain the correct answer to the Competition Question, will be eligible for the Competition. Entries received by any other means (including by hand delivery) will be invalid.
Selection of Prize Winners
The prizewinners will be drawn at random by an Aviva Representative from those eligible entries received by the closing date which contain the correct answer to the Competition Question on the online entry form. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrant. The prizewinners will be selected after the closing date. Prizewinners will be notified by email or phone by 11th May 2017. The entrants who have been drawn as the prizewinners will be sent an email, they then will be required to RSVP by 6pm Friday the 12th of May 2017 in order to confirm attendance. Their name will then be added to a guestlist.
The Promoter shall not accept any liability for lost, stolen or damaged tickets (including for the avoidance of doubt, any tickets sent to prizewinners via the postal system, which do not reach the intended destination).
The Promoter shall not be responsible for any matter arising out of or resulting from the enjoyment of the Prizes.
The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of third parties. The Promoter shall not be liable to any entrant or prizewinner for any loss or damage howsoever caused, whether direct, indirect or consequential (whether in contract, tort or statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the Competition and/or any Prizes other than death or personal injury caused by negligence of the Promoter and/or the Promoter's respective personnel and/or deceit or fraud by the Promoter and/or the Promoter's respective personnel.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend or amend the Competition or the terms and conditions of the Competition, with no liability to any entrants, prizewinners or any third party.
If the Aviva Stadium fixture is cancelled or does not take place, the Promoter shall have no liability to any entrants, prize winners or any third party. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value should the advertised prizes become unavailable for any reason or where circumstances dictate. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the dates on which the prizewinners may avail of the prizes should the advertised dates become unavailable for any reason including unforeseen circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
By entering the Competition, entrants acknowledge that they may be required to be used in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include without limitation use of the entrant's name and/or likeness voice, photographs and/or video footage of the entrant biographical information provided by the entrants/prizewinners and/or any statement made by them concerning the promotion and/or prizes. In particular, the prizewinners may be required to participate in a photography session. Entrants/prize-winners have no rights to censor filming or photography, and no rights over such imagery. Entrants/prizewinners agree that any or all such elements may be used by the Promoter in any and all media in perpetuity throughout the world as the Promoter in its sole discretion sees fit.
The name and county of the prizewinners will be available for a period of one month after the Competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter at the following address: Aviva Experiences competition, Aviva, 3rd Floor, One Park Place, Hatch Street, Dublin 2. The prizewinners are deemed to have consented to the publication of their name and county by participating in the Competition.
The prizewinners and any person to whom a Prize is transferred by a prizewinner will be bound by the terms imposed by any third parties providing services as part of the Prizes.
The following terms which are used in the terms and conditions have the following meaning: the term "we" or "us" means the Promoter; "you" "your" or "entrant" means a person who participates in the Competition under the terms and conditions of the Competition; "entry form" is the form produced by the Promoter in connection with the Competition; and "prizewinner" means a person who wins a prize under the terms and conditions of the Competition.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by Irish Law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Competition shall be dealt with exclusively by the Courts of Ireland.
The Aviva Group (some of members are detailed below) respects your privacy rights. Aviva Group will make use of and process the personal data (which includes your name and contact details) you provide in connection with Aviva Stadium Experiences and the Competition to the extent and for the time necessary to administer Aviva Stadium Experiences and run this Competition.
We will use your details to provide you with information on Aviva Stadium offers and competitions, special offers and competitions from Aviva Group and our selected partners, and information about our products and services.
Where you have given consent for additional uses of your information, your details may be used during the currency of the policy you have taken out and for 12 months after that policy has ceased.
In connection with these purposes, information may be shared, both inside and outside the European Economic Area, with other Aviva Group companies, with third parties such as data processors and our service providers such as those to whom we outsource certain business operations, and as required by law.
